Instead of a vertical relationship with the franchiser at the top and the franchisee on the bottom, Job Source USA sees the franchiser and franchisee as being on a horizontal plane. Both the franchiser and franchisee working together to build the Job Source USA staffing brand. Brand development will benefit everyone concerned. Band development occurs when the franchisee firmly believes in the Job Source USA system of doing business and implements a strong training program that puts customer satisfaction at the top of their goal chart.
As a Strategic-Partner Job Source will work together with our Franchisees to:
- Help our Strategic-Partners uncover their wants, needs, and desires, and how to reach their goals.
- Help them understand their fears, uncertainties and doubts.
- Help them establish goals, objectives and visions.
- Work with our Strategic-Partners to focus on getting, keeping and satisfying customers using business planning.
- Help our Strategic-Partners understand the importance of of advertising the Job Source USA product and how to effectively use the various media.
- Maximize productivity by showing our Strategic-Partners the importance of following the Job Source USA process.
- Maintain Excellent Performance by being committed to the Job Source USA plan. The Job Source USA software and access to our Franchisees payroll will help provide early warning signs that provide time and allow a franchisee to get back on track if needed.
- Always maintain integrity.
