Job Source USA franchisee?
Our experience tells us that people who have been business owners or who have been involved in sales, marketing, management, supervising workers, or teaching would be good franchisees. While this is not an all-inclusive list, people who have experience in these fields most times are best suited with their skills and mind set for a staffing franchise.
Does the Job Source USA franchisee have to operate the franchise or can they hire a manager to operate the business for them?
The Job Source USA franchisee does not have to operate the franchise on a day-to-day basis. The franchisee may hire a manager to run the daily business, but the franchisee must oversee the total business. Any person that runs the day-to-day operations of a Job Source USA franchise must have completed and successfully passed the Job Source USA training program at the Home Office of Job Source USA in Omaha, Nebraska.
What qualities should the person who manages a Job Source USA franchise possess?
The person responsible for operating the Job Source USA franchise office should posses the following qualities:
- Good job history
- Honest
- Reliable
- Able to deal with various types of people, and be able to maintain a responsible disposition
- Be organized
- Able to supervise people, and manage an office
- Keep accurate records (Job Source USA franchise software programs will help in this area, but you still are required to have someone input this information)
- Be able to sell staffing using the phone, internet, and person-to-person
What is the franchise fee? Is financing available?
The Franchise Fee is $25,000
At this time Job Source USA does not offer financing. However, you can contact the Small Business Administration or your local bank for financing.
